We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in appropriate circumstances, including:

  • Delivery restrictions

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Shipping and Delivery

MoVedic currently ships products to serviceable locations within India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after dispatch generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Remote locations
  • Incorrect address information
  • High order volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

12. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

MoVedic currently offers free delivery on orders above ₹599 for eligible serviceable locations in India. Orders below the applicable threshold may attract standard shipping charges.

Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility may be changed from time to time.

13. No General Return Policy

MoVedic sells personal-care and bathing products.

For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products after delivery.

Customers cannot normally return products because they:

  • Changed their mind.
  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • Ordered the wrong quantity.
  • Do not like the fragrance.
  • Do not like the colour or appearance.
  • No longer require the product.
  • Simply do not like the product.

This policy is subject to the exceptions and consumer rights described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law.

14. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • The wrong product
  • A missing product
  • A product materially different from what you ordered

please contact MoVedic as soon as possible.

Where possible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Shipping label
  • Product received
  • Photographs/video of any damage
  • Other relevant information requested by our support team

After verification, MoVedic may provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution where the issue is attributable to MoVedic.

15. Refunds

Refunds are not normally available for change-of-mind purchases because of our no-general-return policy for personal-care and hygiene products.

Where MoVedic confirms that a refund is appropriate because of a qualifying order issue, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the refund to reach your account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer or other payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

16. Payment

Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when placing an order.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other payment service providers.

MoVedic does not generally store complete payment-card information on its own systems.

Payment transactions may be subject to the terms, privacy policies and security procedures of the applicable payment provider.

17. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, additional verification or confirmation may be required before dispatch.

MoVedic reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery availability for certain locations, products, order values or customers.

Repeated refusal of legitimate Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
